Description An elegant Pinot Noir based sparkling wine which is gently refreshing and has a lovely mouth feel. Carefully blended from barrel aged reserves it has a wonderfully soft fruit character redolent of red apples and subtle spices. Pairs really well with cheeses but equally delicious as an aperitif. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
